It can be such a lonely and difficult thing if you’re trying to make an effort to lose weight. There are also those who doubt your ability to stick to your diet and maybe even believe that you’re not going to last a week on your diet. Yes, it really can be difficult to try to lose weight by yourself. It would definitely be a better idea if you opt to do so with someone who can be your fitness buddy.
