Chicken and Duck In Chinese Cuisine
Chicken and duck are the primary poultry in the Chinese kitchen and there are numerous ways by which they can be prepared, many of them new to the Western world, for instance, ‘Paper Wrapped Chicken’. They vary from the uncomplicated to the unique. The more familiar ones to the West are the appetizing Sweet and Sour chicken and orange flavoured chicken; the flavorful Sesame Chicken and Garlic Chicken, and the spicy Kung Pao Chicken, just to name several. Some of these dishes would be ideal for appetizers and salad.
