The food we take in is mostly accountable for many of the conditions affecting us. Instead of fresh, raw items, we prefer to take in foods such as pizza, biscuits that are made of processed flour. Additionally, the fast foods we eat contain extreme salts, fats, sugar and chemical preservatives.
