15 Days To Cutting Fat

I recently decided that I wanted to lose my gut but didn’t really know where to go, how to start, or if I needed to take anything to jump start my weight loss but I was open for anything really. Well, my first step was the gym…and it turns out that was the best decision I could have made. I started going to the gym with no goals, just wanted to leave sore as I assumed that would get me to start losing weight.

Well it wasn’t long after I noticed someone in there who really looked like they knew what they were doing. I started talking to him casually and he said that he was a body builder for a long time. This was my golden moment, I knew that body builders had to cut fat in a big way, so how do I do that?

Well he quickly explained that it’s mostly about the diet, and since I already had the gym motivation, if I combined it with working out I would lose weight quickly. So he told me a good diet, and I’d like to share that with you.

Morning: Oatmeal + Egg Whites This is a GREAT kickstart to your day, and you aren’t sacrificing taste at all!

Mid-Day: Veggies You can eat steamed veggies, all the way to stir fry…When I started this I also added Tuna to this to get soem filling.

Dinner: Fish/ Veggies or Fish/ Rice That’s right, you can eat carbs! I was pretty happy about this.

Well, long story short, I lost 15lbs in 15 days through this. I ran a little bit, but hate running…so I attribute this to my diet mostly because I cut my fat from around 35g/ day to just around 15g. Give it a shot! Try it for at least a week, you’ll love it!
