Do you want to get rid of all of those freelings? They are really overwhelming. What exactly are you worried about? What is the main reason for the fear? Name it. Then ask yourself: is it again me, or this time the objective reality. Help yourself by imagining someone dear and respectful for you. Would this person think and feel what I feel?

Considering the fact, that you see so much is happening around, look closer. Do the list of the situations and feelings. That is your job. Not that difficult, though.
