4 Steps To Reducing Your Age Right Now

Aging is an inevitable part of life, but only if we could somehow reverse or at the very least, slow down the process.

And preventing aging isn’t just about looks, it’s also about quality of life. I mean what point is there to living if you are weak and unable to enjoy doing what you love?

So without further ado, here is how to slow down the effects of aging:

1. Exercise: Not all exercise is created equal, intense exercise offers the most benefit. However, you do NOT need to exercise like a bandit in order to get health benefits. A simple walk in the park on a consistent basis will increase your health.

2. Mitigate stress: Notice that I didn’t say eliminate stress because this is impossible and unrealistic. Instead, constantly experiment with different techniques and find the one that works best for you. Remember: constant trial and error is the key here.

3. Take some vitamins: Notice that I said some vitamins because overloading with mega doses of vitamins is not healthy for the human body. Aim for a multivitamin that has no more than 100% of any daily recommended value. I prefer chewables since they taste good and prevent me from having to take one more pill.

4. Vary your intake of fiber: Don’t just rely on a fiber supplement to meet your daily needs. Instead, look for the different types of fiber in different foods. The best way to accomplish this is to add variety to your diet. For instance, you could have berries, oatmeal and beans which would give you a balanced fiber profile.

Notice that none of these solutions are quick fixes. Instead, these are things you want to start incorporating into your routine to notice gradual results. And this is the key: results accumulate over time, don’t expect a radical change from one day to the next.

One more thing: take action on this information as soon as possible. You see, waiting too long to take action leads to the forgetting of new information. So please don’t wait to get the ball rolling here!
