The topic of carbohydrate consumption has become very confusing for the general public. After all, it seems that recommendations seem to change from one day to the next.

3. Carbs in fruit can ruin your health: Now you have to eat a lot of fruit here for this to happen, nevertheless it is an issue. You see, fructose, the type of carbohydrate in fruit, causes your liver to produce triglycerides and bad cholesterol.
4. You don’t need to eat carbs during training: You only need carbs if your training is more than one hour in length. Otherwise, do not eat while you are training. This will only make you excessively thirsty and has the potential to decrease your performance.
5. Low carbohydrate diets are not magical: There is nothing about a low carbohydrate diet that induces extra amounts of fat loss. In fact, the main weight loss factor in low carb diets is a reduction in caloric consumption.
6. You should always eat carbs right after exercise: If you wait here you will lose the ability to absorb carbs. In fact, if you wait just one hour your body will absorb thirty three percent less carbs. So eat carbs immediately after working out.
Carbohydrates are not evil, especially if you manage their intake correctly. The key here is to take action on this information or it will be rendered useless!
