It may be a little easier to drink this amount of water if you keep a water bottle on your desk and refill it a few times through your day.

Eat at fruit daily. Enjoy at least one piece, or more, of delicious fruit every day. It’s not only good for you; it will taste good to you!

If you make a suggestion to your boss to promote wellness and healthy eating by having fruit available for the employees, they just may consider. Many employees have fruit delivered on a weekly basis for this purpose. Eating fruit during the day will keep employees energized as well.

Lastly, reduce the amount of meat you may be eating. You can start by eating one meat free meal per week. It is a health risk to have too much meat in your diet and it helps the environment also!
