Regarding fast, easy weight loss there are not typically many options. If you want to lose weight fast you need to be on a plan that begins working immediately. And for individuals to refer to it as easy typically means that it is basic and straightforward and able to provide real results.
But this kind of fast, easy weight loss plan isn’t typically generally fun. One particular weight loss plan is the homeopathic HCG diet. The homeopathic HCG diet is strict. It is harsh. It is not generally fun. And it’s extremely effective. People who really follow the protocol rules lose an average of one to two pounds each day while they are on the diet.
Lack of variety if the main concern for most HCG dieters. Easy often means that there is no question or confusion regarding exactly what is or is not allowed on the diet. This is often the case because the options are so severely limited that it would be hard to make an honest mistake. When a dieter makes an “exception” on the HCG diet…it’s almost always a conscious choice to break the diet rather than an actual accident.
Blaming it on a lack of understanding of the general rules would be near impossible. It isso direct and simple. It is the reason that some use the descriptive word, “easy” to the HCG diet plan. The word refers to an ease of understanding more than the ease of actually following the stringent diet plan. Most would not call it easy in reference to following the stringent protocol.
When individuals are having difficulty because they want more options in their HCG approved food choices one of the first things that they should be asked is what they are eating. At times dieters have cut out portions of the approved food list because they have never tried a food before and don’t want to start now or they don’t necessarily like them or they didn’t like them when they were a kid or whatever. This is not a good idea. There aren’t many options/choices. At least try all of them that are available.
Next dieters moaning about the lack of variety should be asked what spices they are incorporating into their meals. The approved foods are limited, but they aren’t required to be tasteless. Dieters are perfectly welcome to spice it up with approved spices. The approved list of spices is fairly long in comparison to the other HCG “approved” items. Glance through it and decide to give it a try.
At this point diet planers usually decide that the approved recipe guide is more advantageous than they realized. An expert cook can identify which approved spices will be best with which items, but many of us are not that expert at this type of cooking. The recipe guide is a fantastic place to start. It provides a basis from which you can start experimenting with spices and different food combinations.
