Confused By The Endless Amounts Of Over The Counter Treatments?

How many different over the counter medication has you tried to use to treat your yeast infections? The problem with these is that they will only treat the symptoms, not actually treat or cure the underlying issue. With as many chemicals as are found in these products women everywhere are beginning to wonder if it is really worth putting those toxins inside their body. And when these products don’t work, they have to try another potentially even more dangerous product. All of this could be avoided if they had simply tried a natural cure first.

Garlic! We love garlic because it can be used in a variety of ways. The easiest way to use it just to eat larger amounts than you normally would. Another way is to take a few peeled cloves, crush them up into a paste and rub it directly into the area that is irritated. Finally, you could always peel a clove and wrap it up in gauze and gently insert it into your vagina for a short time. These have all been known to help clear up yeast infections very quickly.

Yogurt is simple to use and since it’s used almost the same way as garlic it doesn’t need too much explanation. The only real differences are that it will cool any external burning when placed on the skin. Also you could dip the end of a tampon in and briefly place it inside your vagina for a short time. The important thing to remember is that it needs to be 100% natural and completely sugar free.

Lastly, we are going to talk about using tea tree oil. This is very simple as all you need to do is place a few drops on the end of a tampon and place it inside your vagina.

Please note that if you have never been treated by a doctor for a yeast infection or if you have never been formally diagnosed with a yeast infection then it is very important that you are seen prior to beginning any new treatment plan.
