Accessing free HCG diet recipes gives them a taste of the variety that can come with mixing it up a bit! Try this recipe:
Recipe for Garlic Roast:
Ingredients:
3 lb. lean beef roast, fat removed
onion, 1/2, chunked
6 to 8 large garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
sea salt, 1 teaspoon
dash of pepper (to taste)
water for roasting pan
Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put your roast in a roasting pan. Cut 6 small slits in the roast and place one piece of the cut garlic in each slit. Mix the rest of the spices in a bowl and then rub on to the roast. Add water to the roasting pan until it is approximately 1 1/2 inches deep. Add your garlic and onion. Cook it for 45 to 60 minutes (depending on your own personal preferences regarding how “done” it is). Make sure to serve yourself a 3 oz. serving.
This is another HCG approved recipe that works well for a group setting. If you have to host a gathering while on the HCG diet the Garlic Roast is a good choice. You’ll be sticking to the rules set down by your homeopathic HCG dieting protocol and your guests will love the roast!
