Treat Your Yeast Infections By Yourself!

I have been a long term sufferer of chronic yeast infections and I was tired of spending a fortune trying to treat them. I was finally able to find a few organic treatments that actually took care of the infections and I found some preventive measures as well that were easy to implement and didn’t cost me anything extra to use. Because my yeast infections are chronic, I had to make all of my changes in habit permanent ones.

I did some research and I found natural cures that were extremely inexpensive, readily available and very simple to use. Here is my list; I hope that it can help you too.

Garlic- this is a fantastic cure that’s been around for a very long time. It has countless uses but today let’s just discuss three of them. If you are interested in an internal treatment, then you will want to take a peeled garlic clove and wrap it in gauze then fully insert it into your vagina. For an external treatment, again take a peeled clove but this time you will mash it up finely. Rub the garlic mash onto the infected skin. My favorite way to use the garlic is just to eat it- raw or cooked it doesn’t matter.

Yogurt- this is used very similarly to garlic as you can use it both internally and externally. The important thing to remember with this is that the yogurt must be organic and completely sugar free to be acceptable for this use. When the yogurt is to be used internally; you will need to dip a tampon into it and wear the tampon for about 30 minutes or so. If you need soothing relief for the skin on the outer area of the vulva just rub some on. Otherwise it is always recommended that you eat several large servings every day.

Life style changes- by far this is the hardest thing to keep up with since it take the most effort. Just remember that you want to try to keep your vagina dry and cool by wearing cotton panties and breathable loose fitting clothes. Always remember to change out of your damp swim suits right away.
