It Can Be Really Embarrassing To Go To The Doctor For Yeast Infections.

It can be really embarrassing to go to the doctor for yeast infections, not only will your doctor ask you why you are there but they will ask you to describe all of your symptoms. Who wants to admit that they have vagina itching odor out loud? And then what, the doctor prescribes you a cream with things that you can’t even pronounce and says that you should feel better soon. Well, I wanted better results than that. What I really wanted was to have something that would help me prevent yeast infections while treating the symptoms and curing the underlying problem.

Tea tree oil- this is used as an astringent in many products, not just natural cures. To use this, put a few drops on to a plastic tampon applicator and place this inside your vagina for a short time. The important thing to remember about this is that it may cause irritation on the outer skin in the vaginal area. Should this happen rinse the area that is affected right away.

Gentian Violet: this is more of a long term cure as I can take almost two weeks to clear up your infection. Just measure out five milliliters and dip one of your tampons in it. Wear the tampon for up to four hours. You should know that this will not only stain your skin but also your clothes so you may want to wear a pad during the treatment.

Cranberries: what could easier than drinking a glass of juice? Cranberries are a simple choice because they can be used either in the juice form or in tablets that are easily swallowed. They are known to detoxify the rest of your body as well, not just for vaginal health.

Finally, try to remember that you need to avoid tight clothes or undergarments that are not made of cotton.
