Chad’s Day 12: HCG Hormone Weight Loss Diet

Chad is on a mission. He is searching for drastic and quick weight loss. To get it he is using the HCG hormone weight loss diet. It provides quick weight loss AND drastic weight loss at the same time. The general weight loss numbers are fabulous. So anybody who is able to really stick to the rules will discover that they see noticeable weight loss by the conclusion of the plan. Chad is a believer. He’s on Day 12 and he’s been seeing the weight fall off each day.

On the beginning of Day 12 Chad got on the scale like he was meant to. He was at 227.5 lbs. That is a 1.5 lb loss in one night! To say the least…Chad was really excited. In his own words, “I am sold! This diet is fabulous! And I am feeling fabulous, too!”

Today Chad is going to try to keep his food journal a little better. He’s been cutting back on how much he records in the last few days and he thinks that he should get it together and rededicate himself a bit. He wants to be able to use it as a reference later since he doesn’t just want to lose weight and then go back to his bad habits. He wants to incoporate his new habits into a healthier, permanent lifestyle.

Chad feels that the weight loss journal will probably be a vital element as he is trying to force his most recent, healthier eating habits into a way of life; it will definitely make it easier to remember just how vital it was to him as he remembers how hard it was to lose weight, his hard work and his weight loss.

Chad said, “I’ve been gaining weight slowly for years to get to this point. Now within just days I’ve dropped off a good amount of the extra that took so long to aquire. I’m impressed.”

For many dieters the hardest part of their day is when they are at work. They feel that they aren’t as in control when they are work. Chad doesn’t have this problem. He takes his lunch to work and eats it on his lunch break and feels full when he’s done. And that’s excellent. He’s actually discovered that he could survive on very small amounts of food if he needed to. He feels pretty invincible when it comes to food limitations at this point.

500 calories per day is next to nothing! A lot of dieters view it as an impossible request, but once they try it they are forced to see that it is possible. And that it works, of course. Chad will openly admit that being on the HCG hormone weight loss diet has made him realize that he could absolutely survive on little to no food for quite a while if he had to!

But even knowing that Chad is still looking forward to the day when he gets to start the maintenance phase of the HCG hormone weight loss diet. Why do you think that is?
