Fat loss ultimately depends on calories in versus calories out. But you can take your results a step further by increasing hormone production in your body.

So here is a guide for increasing hormone production today:
1. Get more light: As light enters your eyes it hits a structure called the pineal gland. If you get sufficient light your body will be tricked into thinking it’s summer time. This in turn will optimize the release of testosterone which in turn burns fat.
2. Decrease rest periods between sets: The less you rest, the better. You see, resting too much decreases the metabolic demand on your body. And the less metabolic demand there is, the less calories you will burn and the less hormones you will produce.
3. Have more fat in your diet: The more fat the better. You see, fat is readily converted to testosterone, the king of fat burning and muscle building. So the more you have the better off you will be. The key here is to make sure you have healthy fat.
4. Use heavy weights that push your limits: You can’t stick with light weights here. You must venture into heavier territory here for the best results. You see, heavy weight lifting gets your body producing the highest amount of hormones.
5. Activate more muscle: The more muscle mass you activate the better off you will be. You see, muscle mass has a direct impact on hormone secretion in your body. And the more you work your muscles the more hormones you will produce.
6. Wait: Endocrine glands, the structures that make hormones in your body, have the ability to grow just like muscles. The key here is that this can take time. So as you build more muscle and as you burn more fat, your body will produce more hormones.
Paying attention to hormones in your body is a great way to get better results today, not tomorrow. So don’t just focus on calories!
