Some Tips On How To Burn Fat While Working

Most of the time, you find yourself going to work early in the morning and then you come back home late and already feeling very tired. You end up just spending whatever is left of your day taking care of your family, kids and then before you know it, the next day arrives again. There is really little time we have to ourselves to keep us from putting on weight. Here are some exercises that can burn off some belly fat even during our work days.

1. Try to walk as much as you can. The best way to do this is to walk to work, or work to public transportation like the bus or subway. If you normally travel by car, try to park some distance from your office and take some time to take a twenty minute walk. During your lunch break, take a walk outside for a while to get your body moving.

2. If your office floor is not too high up in your building, you can try taking the stairs to get up to it. This is really a great type of exercise to do in the morning. If it tends to be too high for you, set some time during the week to do your stairwell climb.

3. If you have something to say to your colleagues, especially if they are from a different department, try to walk over there to talk to them personally instead of sending them an email or calling them on the phone. Try to take a bathroom break at the toilet a little further from you.

4. Chew as much as you can. If you are picking out your meals, try to pick the ones that need to be chewed a lot. It doesn’t burn many calories when you do this but you feel full faster and you end up having to eat less food.

5. Move your body as much as possible. It might sound really insane but you have to find different ways of doing this. Try not to bother your other colleages at work when you do this. Try moving your legs a lot, stand up once in a while, or squeeze a stress ball.
