Chad is simply an ordinary man. This ordinary man came to the decision that he had bit by bit gained weight throughout his adult life until he was at a weight that was not healthy. Being either overweight or obese really escalates your risks for many common illnesses and diseases. It also drops the chances that someone will lead an active life.

Chad has learned several things throughout the course of his HCG weight loss diet. He’s learned to plan eating times ahead. He’s learned to plan for his “snack” times when he’s tempted to make negative food choices. He’s learned to cook healthier and eat smarter. He’s learned that he can eat very little and still walk away from the dinner table satisfied.
But most important of all is that Chad has learned to pay attention to what his body is trying to tell him. He knows when he’s hungry and when he’s just bored. He knows when he’s had enough to eat. And these are habits that he’ll be able to use for the rest of his (more more healthy) life.
