Day #4 – Banana day! You can eat as many bananas as you crave, along with skim milk.
Day #5 – You can eat 300-500 g of beef, skinless chicken or broiled fish, along with 6 fresh tomatoes.
Day #6 – Today is beef and vegetables day, with NO baked potatoes. Soup should be consumed at least once on this day.
Day #7 – On the last day you can eat brown rice, fruit juices that are unsweetened, and vegetables. Incorporate the cabbage soup diet recipe at least once on this day. Stay away from bread or carbonated beverages.
