How to Care for Dry Hair

Finally, nutrition is another important key to healthy and strong hairs. Similar to every parts of our body, hairs need nutrition to grow and to grow healthily. You should supply sufficient protein, calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium to your body for healthy hairs. You may include nuts, soy beans and black sesames in your diets as they are good for your hairs.
