When you are done working with your legs, what you need to do next is to work on your upper body/ You’ll be needing a band and a post. The band should be attached to the post. You’ll need to go down in push up position for the next exercise. Put one leg out and one leg raised off the floor. You have to keep pushing your legs front and back. Your shoulders should be over your wrists. Also make sure to keep your elbows slightly bent and your back flat.
