Welcome to Workout Wednesday! I’m the guest blogger right now and I’m excited to tell you all about spinning. I’m so glad and grateful that Kim took the opportunity to feature this spinning video as an alternative to add Variety to your workouts.
Here are some of the advantages of Spinning that I truly believe you’ll love!
1. Spinning is really a fun group-class that’s certainly a motivating way of getting you through 30-60 min of cardio. Most classes are 45-60 minutes long, and the ride is created to have different cycle paths to go along with truly great, inspirational music.
2. It’s a low-impact workout that is easy on your joints.
3. You burn a lot of calories! You can burn 300-600 calories one hour!
Although it can look a bit overwhelming, it is so fulfilling! As soon as I tried my first class a couple times, I realized how much I loved how the music and the challenge of the different cycle paths, and also the hour flew by!
I adore spinning, so I decided to get certified to teach my own class. The instructors are there to help you with bike set-up, and keep in mind, you set your own pace and intensity, so it’s an excellent workout for nearly any fitness level. Also, Kim is riding in my class this Saturday for the charity event RIDE 2 RECOVERY.
This charity supports wounded vets from the armed forces and 100% of donations go to building rehabilitation centers for the courageous soldiers injured from fighting for our country.
