The Burn The Fat eBook Contains Vital Principles You Must Know To Burn Fat Faster

If you have been keeping up with my articles, by now you will understand that what burns fat is adding lean muscle mass that increases your metabolism. The way to gain that lean muscle is by intense routines with the proper volume and frequency and in the correct progression. Most of the people that you see at the gym conducting resistance and weight training regrettably are spending too much time and not working hard enough.

Based on your physical condition the intensity is how much you are pushing yourself, frequency is how often and progression is the increase in the intensity and stress you put on your body. Aerobic exercises are those that are performed at low intensity for long periods of time multiple times a week. What we want to focus on are anaerobic exercises, which are performed at high intensity with lower volume and frequency. They should also be performed with a progressive patter to be most effective.

What we are shooting for is high intensity. You can’t expect to get the desired results with low intensity weight training in the long run. What you need to do to keep your body progressing is to either boost the amount of repetition or the weight as you progress. This is what is going to produce lean muscle.

Next you need to follow these routines with correct rest for your body. As you push your body, you are causing injuries to your muscle which when repaired causes muscle growth. You need to provide you body the correct time to renovate itself in order to create correct muscle; this should be a minimum of 1 to 3 days.

As you continue to strengthen your body, you will become leaner, replacing fat with muscle. Do not worry that you are going to get to bulky. You are aiming for a lean muscular body. We are focusing of workouts that burn fat.

But make sure you comprehend and apply the three critical principles I discussed above. If you don’t, you’ll ultimately be unhappy with your results, both in your capacity to burn fat and realize the lean, strong, and healthy body you deserve. This is what burns fat.
