Squat Thrusts Video Performance

Hey Fast Trackers, I Absolutely love workout Wednesdays! Sometimes I fail to remember just how much I enjoy breaking down the biomechanics of exercises. Dorky, I know! Today I wish to present to you the correct method to do Squat Thrusts also known as “Burpee’s” . I have broken them down to 4 different levels, so there is a variation for everyone. In other words, no excuses gang, give at least one of them a try! Let’s begin, they’re:

1. Beginner: walk your feet out and stretch tall at the top of the exercise. 2. Intermediate: add a hop out of the push-up position and at the top of the exercise. Stay “cat-like” on your feet. 3. Advanced: same as the intermediate version, but add a push-up. 4. Advanced Plus: include a pair of hand weights, keeping them at shoulder height for the jump.

What do you all think?

Please let me know if you have questions or suggestions in the Comments section. See you on Friday; I have yet another fun announcement to make!
