There are many acne treatments in the market that are said to help clear up the skin and get rid of acne but not many people are benefiting from them because they are full of toxins, chemicals, parabens and more. I recommend that you stay away from any cosmetic or skin care products that contain parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate, propylene glycol and benzoyl peroxide. These are not natural and they cause health problems in the body.
One acne treatment that works well which I would recommend is apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is apple cider mixed with vinegar which is an acidic combination which really cleanses your skin well. Another great acne treatment which is natural that I recommend is ahava dead sea mud. Ahava dead sea mud is mud directly from the dead sea which has very high mineral content and does a great job at cleansing and clearing your skin. There are other beneficial ingredients that you can buy individually or within skin care and cosmetic products like tea tree oil, vitamin c, vitamin e, lavender and more.
