Stress Symptoms – Know What They Are Before It’s Too Late

Stress symptoms can display themselves in many different forms, depending on who you are and what triggers you have in your life. If you’re feeling stressed, it’s important to act sooner, rather than later, so it doesn’t build and become worse.

Often stress can be solved with a simple change in your diet, or lifestyle, but whatever you do — don’t ignore it and hope things will magically become better. Below you will find many common symptoms listed, which include both physical and emotional/mental indicators.

Physical Stress Symptoms

* You may find yourself holding your breath when stress overwhelms you, or even have a hard time catching your breath.
* Muscle pains such as: lower back, neck & shoulders, or even pain in your jaw that can result from facial tics and nervous chewing.

* Loss of restful sleep. We all live with stress in our own way, but it can be difficult to drift off when life is stressing you out.
* Excessive sleep. Remember how we’re all different? While some people cannot get enough sleep when dealing with excessive stress, others will spend all of their time sleeping in an effort to cope.
* Digestive problems are a common symptom of stress and range from indigestion, constipation and even diarrhea.
* Excessive sweat, even when the temperature is cool (often one of the most embarassing stress symptoms).
* Skin outbreaks, including acne or sudden rashes and red marks.
