That elusive fountain of youth will not be found. Until then, we humans will have to be content with getting old. It took a while for your skin to age and it might take a while longer for it to become younger looking again. So have some patience in this regard.

You need to eat plenty of fresh foods and stay away from processed junk foods. Cut out sugar and saturated fats. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day to keep your skin hydrated. With all the new nutrients such as minerals and vitamins you get from fresh vegetables and fruit, your body will rectify and slow down the aging process in time.

Ensure that you keep your face clean of dirt and grime which you collect during the day. Do a thorough wash, cleanse, toner and moisturizer at night as well as in the mornings. Use an anti aging cream for the day and a different one for the night and see the difference in no time at all.
