Here is a certain example: some people need a high incline for the chest press in order to get some results, while others don’t incline it at all. So you should stick to what works for you and pay attention to your body because it will tell you what exercises are best for you.
Don’t begin hating some exercises because you might become liking them after a while. You don’t have to resume to your favorite exercises either. Try mixing them with some new ones and your body will be in shape in no time.
Sometimes it can be really unpleasant to start a new type of exercise. But you will see that adding new exercises will help your muscles get bigger and maybe you will begin to like the new exercises better than the old ones that you routine with.
