It’s always energy bars and drinks. They don’t deliver antioxidants to prevent cancer, but every once in a while they’re fine. Your best bets would be fruits and vegetables since they’re loaded with minerals, fluid, and vitamins.

Not eating breakfast. Skipping breakfast is never a good idea, as breakfast starts the day. Without fuel, you’ll be hungry throughout the day and your body needs this fuel as soon as possible.

Eating low carbs. For your muscles and storing energy, carbohydrates is needed by your body.

Eating whatever you want. You don’t get an all access pass to eat anything you want by eating healthy and exercising. Whether they exercise or not, everyone needs the same nutrients, fruits, and vegetables.

Not getting enough calories It’s not safe to lose calories too quickly. Aiming for 1-2 pounds each week is a better option. Always make sure that you are getting enough calories to keep your body operating smoothly. If your weight drops too fast, then you need to eat a bit more food.

Skip soda and alcohol. The best drink for active people is water, milk, and juice. You should drink often, and not require on thirst to be an indicator. Your body is already running a bit low by the time you get thirsty.
