The Smyrna Running treadmill accommodates persons weighing up to 300 pounds. This works for a vast majority of people. If you weigh more than 300 pounds, you’ll have to research a little more looking for treadmills that accommodate more than 300 pounds.
5. Wheel the Smyrna Around for Easy Storing
The wheels make moving the Smyrna very easy. A lot of people look for a folding feature, which can be good, but without wheels, moving a treadmill is not so easy.
6. Workout Programs for Achieving Fitness Goals
Like many treadmills on the market today, the Smyrna Running treadmill comes outfitted with several workout programs that lead you through various workouts, depending on your fitness and workout goals.
