For heavier meals, there are certain foods that are also not as fat-free as they are portrayed. Vegetable based patties or burgers is a concise example.

While it is true that they do not possess the same kind of fat and cholesterol of meat burgers, they on the other hand consist of added cheese and dressing that binds the patty together, thus containing even more calories.
