To effectively “fire up” your current metabolism, bear in mind the following tips:

* Don’t skip meals!! It really is best to take in half a dozen smaller sized meals per day than to skip a major daily meal — particularly breakfast. I drink Shakeology right off the bat each and every morning, for getting my body fueled to the max prior to my work outs!!

Interval training (combining cardio and weight training) are good for burning calories and also to speed up your own fat burning capacity.

Drink plenty of water to ensure that your system can rid itself of the toxins that pulls down your metabolism to a lethargic level. You’ll be shocked about your higher energy level merely from consuming more water.

* Tone your muscles. Use weights or resistance bands to firm and tone your muscles, ridding yourself of fat and replacing it with lean muscles.

* Don’t eat just before bed time. Give your body a chance to take care of excess calories before it slows down for sleep.

* You have to lower your alcohol intake. A glass of wine is okay occasionally but you don’t have to drink the whole box of Franzia…lol!! Alcohol is like a “Yield” sign for your metabolism. Keep it to a minimum. Remember that alcohol is basically pure sugar.

Start working right now to rev-up your metabolism. Don’t forget, that after your metabolism boosts, you’ll be a lot happier with the your progress!!
