Practice yoga, soak in a hot bubble bath… do whatever makes you feel relaxed!

The secret to look like a fitness model is by knowing what routine works best for you because too many people nowadays jump into routines that are totally useless and don’t do them any good. Invest in a personal trainer and seek guidance from a professional who will know what routine works for you according to your schedule. A housewife with three children will never get the chance to workout everyday in a week so don’t try something that does not make sense, because it will only guarantee you failure.
