You’ll work up a sweat as you clean and you’ll surely burn some fat in the process, especially if you do it regularly.

Either one of these two methods should definitely add up if done consistently over time. Since there are benefits to both, I would absolutely recommend trying either one of these things out if you’re looking to change things up from the usual routine.
