When you get out of bed in the morning, and look at yourself naked in the mirror, how do you feel? Proud? Happy? Or would you like to lose a couple pounds? Join the club. It’s a sad fact that most adults today are fat. What do we do about it?

One problem is the weight usually comes back, and then some. I’m sure you, like me, have experienced this many times. The famous yo-yo diet. And it seems that each time you gain the weigh back, you get a little extra.
Another thing that they usually don’t talk about on those quick weight loss products is that many times, you aren’t really even losing fat. Sure, you may have dropped ten pounds (in water weight, which may dangerously dehydrate you) but you still have the same amount of fat.
So what’s the best way to lose weight fast? Increase your metabolism. When you increase your metabolism, you turn yourself into a virtual fat burning machine.
How do you get to this level? By eating foods and doing exercises that support a naturally high metabolism. Good carbohydrates, good, natural fats found in fish, vegetables, and nuts, and lean protein.
What about the exercises? Any exercise that works your large muscle groups. Your legs, thighs, buttocks and core. Your core is your abdominal and your lower back muscles. By building up your lean muscle mass, you will be supercharging your metabolism.
When you combine a sensible diet with the right exercise plan, you’ll be amazed how quickly the fat melts off. Before you know it you’ll have that sexy body that you deserve.
