The secret to losing weight is will power and it can deliver results if you coincide it with self-hypnosis. The body works in tandem with the mind when it has a heightened susceptibility to suggestion.
If you train your mind to do something then the body will follow. The science behind hypnosis is very real. In self hypnosis you are not at the whim of a hypnotist. You are the hypnotist. You are in control of your weight loss. You decide what settings to use when you program your mind so your body will follow suit.
Getting hypnotized does not mean that you will automatically lose weight because hypnosis is not a magic cure-all pill. It may be a somewhat lengthy path to travel and you will still need to exercise self control over your eating and exercise your body also. Your success depends upon how much you believe in yourself and the process. Think positive thoughts and have faith in yourself during your entire journey.
You can train your mind through hypnosis in a mere thirty minutes each day. Recline on something comfortable. Close your eyes and shut out the sounds of the room. Relax each muscle of your body. Make sure you do not fall asleep. You need to be fully aware.
Breathe in and out deeply four times. Start at one end of your body and relax each muscle. Travel the length of your body. Let each muscle contract and relax until you are completely relaxed. No tension anywhere. Set a timer so you know how long you spend training yourself through hypnotism each day.
Once you are relaxed, make suggestions to yourself. This auto-suggesting. Try things like, “I will eat a healthy diet,” and “I will only eat until I am full.” Make suggestions regarding your workout, “I will do my workouts every day” and “I will give my exercise routine my all.” Resist the temptation to give yourself too many suggestions. Once you are finished suggesting, then take some deep, cleansing breaths. Now slowly begin to reverse the process and bring yourself back to an upright position.
Self-hypnosis serves as a reminder and aids in reaching your goals, even though weight loss is not easy. Training your body to consume healthy foods and stick to a workout routine can work for those who use self-hypnosis. You don’t have to have expensive procedures or medications with self-hypnosis and it’s a cheap way to get healthy.
