First of all, don’t be so hard on yourself. Acknowledge that you are a chocolate addict and that you need help. After all, healing starts by accepting you have an addiction.

Put in your mind that you are well and okay, that it is normal and nothing can be afraid and ashamed of for being addict to chocolates.

Do some recollections. Think of something like: when you started to extraordinarily eat chocolate, where it started and what cause you to like chocolates too much.

Does it have to do with a broken heart, stress, being alone, or complete lack of excitement? Whatever comes to your mind scribble them down on notebook.
