Limit your milk consumption to minimum but do not avoid it altogether because it contains certain important nutrients for the body. Choose skimmed milk over whole milk. Consume fresh plain yogurt which is full of nutrients. Avoid cheese in your diet and if you can not use only fat free cheese.

Go in for whole grain pastas which taste better. In the same way choose whole grain breads made from whole grain wheat flour instead of refined white bread. Always add whole grains foods in your diet. Choose whole grain brown rice instead of refined white rice since this practice helps your weight loss plan.

Always plan your diet with care because it is difficult to get rid of body fat once it is formed. So be choosy as to what you put into your body since prevention is always better than cure. By controlling and regulating your food intake you have already won half the battle of the bulge.
