The consumption of meat nowadays is found out to be rapidly increasing. Adding meat in our day to day meals is becoming frequent. Almost everybody consumes meat whether it is as a snack or as a meal. Meat comes in various forms, meat in hamburgers, meat in preserved packs and many more. Almost all that we eat consist of meat or have meat in it.

Animals such as cows, pigs, chicken and cattle are the primary contributors of meat production. They are raised in a regulated environment where they are fed to grow big as much as possible. In the early stage of their life, supplements and vitamins were given to them. The meat that these animals produce greatly depends on the foodstuff that they are being fed, which then may also affect the person who will soon consume the meat processed already.

Meat can either be bought fresh or in preserved packs. Meat in preserved packs has undergone a lot of processes, moreover chemicals like preservatives and artificial flavors have been added to prolong the “freshness” of the meat or to enhance the taste of meat products. These are very dangerous for consumption because it contains a lot of chemicals that are very harmful to the body. And when these chemicals accumulate the body, long term diseases like cardiovascular disorders and diabetes can be some of your problems.

People abuse their bodies in so many ways and ones the body bugs down because of too much exploitation on the part of human beings, grave and serious sickness are the end results. People do not realize this not until they experience it themselves, that is why more and more people are getting sick and eventually die. The sad part of all of this is that many still do not take care of their bodies, consuming more meat products daily that is very deteriorating to the body, using harmful chemicals that endanger the environment and all that live in it, and many other more.

In conclusion, everything that we take in to our body should be taken in moderate amounts. Our body functions also have its limit and once that is reached serious health problems may arise and at the end can be a problematic scenario for us to experience. We only have one body to live in and it is up to us to take care and ensure that it is not abused in any way.
