This article will be taking a different approach to treatments for cellulite. Instead of a list of tangible steps, I wanted to take a more “holistic” approach and to paint an overall picture.
It is a common knowledge that the appearance of cellulite is more common in women; and their age is of minor importance here since cellulite is often caused by hormonal disorders. It is also debated whether it is caused by weak skin tissue or other factors.
There are a number of causes for cellulite. The main cause is a combination of hereditary factors and an unhealthy lifestyle. “Nature” cannot be denied: we are all “prisoners of birth” as the saying goes. However, the “nurture” part is something we have more control over.
Upbringing is a significant role in lifestyle whether that be healthy or unhealthy. Not to mention the term “unhealthy lifestyle” itself includes a number of different factors.
With this in mind, the “Eastern Medicine” approach needs to be mentioned. I am a big believer in Eastern philosophy and the approach to the body as a whole instead of the Western approach which is specific treatment of the body by part. As an example, Western philosphy generally believes in good and evil. Good must prevail. Evil must be vanquished. An Eastern approach to this is that it sees no contradiction. There is an acceptance of good and evil together as two parts of the same world.
In other words, who says that hot is better than cold, or night is better than day? These are not divisible but rather interconnected parts of our world that form the world order of Dao.
Seeing the world this way, a person must think about respecting Dao and achieve harmony and adjusting to the naturalness of the world.
If we consider this desire from the point of view of our skin and our health, we may come to many questions. And the first of them is what the right and healthy diet is?
My favorite resource on this type of subject is “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrnne. This is also “The Law Of Attraction” concept as well. Not only do you accept the universe as being complete and an abundant resource, you also accept that whatever your life is right now is what is correct. You also accept that you simply need to believe and be something different and the universe will adjust. Because you for yourself can accept hot is better than cold. In her book, as an example, after having children she had a hard time getting back to a certain “weight”. But by accepting that it was hard to achieve her ideal weight, she would always be working to achieving that ideal weight. Instead she chose to already believe she was perfect and at the ideal weight and that was that. She lives her life as she likes and is at her ideal weight.
In other words, if you believe in the “Law Of Attraction”, then utilize this in your lifestyle as a way to help you attain your goals of health, fitness, and cellulite reduction. Already believe you are there and act as if you are already there and the universe will comply.
