Dieting has become a billion dollar industry-we keep on getting fatter and fatter and nothing seems to work! Even worse, the research done by experts is almost never clear cut!
Now if the experts don’t have a clear view of the truth, how are you supposed to?
So, without further ado, here are some sound and reliable tips for optimizing your fat loss nutrition:
1. Combine your vegetables with healthy fats: Vegetables aren’t just “healthy for you”, they also are a very powerful tool for increasing fat loss. You see, they provide energy and satiety with minimal caloric load. Even better, they are a much healthier source of fiber than supplements.
2. Don’t use supplemental fiber: Research has shown that this type of fiber can actually do more harm than good. So make sure you get fiber from whole food sources such as beans, vegetables, etc. Not only will you get more antioxidants, but you will also feel better.
3. Use protein bars sparingly: If you focus too much on protein bars, you will not be able to maximize fat loss. After all, protein bars will never be able to rival solid food. You just can’t pack the nutritional entirety of a balanced meal within a processed bar.
4. Readjust caffeine sensitivity: Most people in the modern western world are overdosing on caffeine. And too much caffeine can cause more harm than good in terms of long term fat loss. So I recommend tapering down your caffeine intake as much as possible to readjust receptors and then slowly increasing it.
5. Eat as many beans as possible: But start off with small amounts because they do contain a lot fiber. The good thing about beans is that they have the slowest digesting carbs. And slow digesting carbs are great for maximizing weight loss.
The best approach to long term and sustainable weight loss is to constantly make adjustments that improve your diet. Do this, and at some point in the near future your eating patterns will be close to perfect!
