There is very little theory within the pages of this publication. Instead it basically presents readers with a group of outlines and instructions to follow. If you happen to be someone who enjoys being given clear cut plans but doesn’t want to have to stress about the whys of what you are doing, this could be a good book for you.

Traditional reason tells us that the only real way to lose weight is to consume good food and get regular exercise. This book doesn’t use that standard logic so there isn’t a real way to tell whether or not it will work the way the marketing promises it will.
