Do not eat too much unhealthy food. You can’t eat cheese burgers every night and do crunches. It will not give you positive results.

When you eat high-calorie food or fatty food, the fats are stored on top of your muscles. When you do crunches and consuming more fat, your muscles will build up and your stomach will become firmer and larger. It is advisable for you to eat food that has a high protein content and low saturated fat. Take in more water. Go to the gym 3-4 times per week and do cardio workouts like treadmill, elliptical machine, or bike. You need to go through a whole body fitness routine for you to flatten your stomach.
