Water also plays another very important function in your body, it carries nutrients such as vitamins and minerals to your cells.
The next thing that I recommend that you begin to do is to watch your diet more and focus on eating healthier foods. You should be eating plenty of organic raw fruits and vegetables each day. These give your body the nutrition that it needs to heal your skin and help new skin cells grow quicker so that you can have clear skin once again.
