Dieting is something that most people have done at some point in their lives. Most of the time it involves a last ditch effort to fit into a dress or get toned by summer so that you can hit the beach. The idea is that a person will drop a few pounds and be able to live allot healthier by dieting. But is this really so? Even though many people believe this to be true can it really work for you?
