Most of the time it involves a last ditch effort to fit into a dress or get toned by summer so that you can hit the beach. The idea is that a person will drop a few pounds and be able to live allot healthier by dieting. But is this really so? Even though many people believe this to be true can it really work for you?

Everyone is looking for a way that they can drop pounds in the least amount of time. So to accomplish this many take shortcuts and put their bodies at risk with fasts, and unhealthy pills. On TV recently I saw a program that you could get a six pack without ever exercising. Does this sound realistic? No! But people buy into this everyday. It is important to understand that the only way you can get the body you want is by working hard to get it. The only way to accomplish this is by exercising and eating right, there are no shortcuts.
