Gain Muscle and Create New Growth
In an effort to be innovative, personal trainers have devised a variety of new exercises using various equipment. These include things like balance board push-ups and Bosu ball bench presses. In my opinion nearly all of these movements are useless if you are trying to build strength and gain muscle mass. Over and over again the old-school exercises beat-out the new exercises. There are various reasons for this, which we won’t get into here, but if you need evidence then simply observe the bodies of those who train with these exercises.
