Be Nice To Yourself On The HCG Hormone Diet

Everyone’s heard about motivation. We know it’s a good idea. And most of us (especially those of us that are on the HCG hormone diet) have heard of different options for motivation like rewards and goals and weight loss journaling. But what about just being nice yourself while you’re on the HCG hormone diet?

Sometimes “just being nice” it out of reach. We are just not capable. We’re stuck. We’re in a run and the only thing we can make ourselves aware of is that we know that there are things we want to change or do better or do differently. While we’re focusing on all these things that we are trying to do we forget that we’ve already done something right. You may already be on the HCG hormone diet. That’s something right. It’s a great step. It provides drastic weight loss more often than any other diet on the market. When drastic weight loss is the goal the HCG hormone diet is the most effective diet by which you can achieve this goal.

In the mean time…don’t be too hard on yourself. It’s terrific to have goals. It’s terrific to have big goals. There’s an old saying about aiming for the moon and you’ll land amongst the stars. That is totally true. If you expect yourself to succeed and remember not to lump your efforts/your hard work into one big ball of failure if things don’t end up exactly as planned you will have a much higher chance for eventual success.

Plans do change. We all learn this at a very early age. A “plan” almost never starts and finishes without some sort of mild to drastic deviation occurring. And that’s perfectly natural. Deviating from the plan can sometimes be a minimal swing away from the approved food list. Or it could be a HUGE blunder like deep dish pizza followed by birthday cake and ice cream. We’re all human beings and being human…we make mistakes.

So when you find yourself in that spot…when you’ve just made a mistake whether it’s small or huge then you just need to remember that you’re still on the right track. You just need to step away from the mistake and back on track. You know where you’re headed. Point yourself in the right direction and start moving again. Some days will be fabulous; you’ll do everything you are supposed to do. And other days won’t be so fabulous. And other days will be rough.

And when you have a hard day (or two, or three) all you need to do is remember that you can start fresh in the morning. You can decide that tomorrow you’re going to have another fabulous day. Sometimes you won’t get it quite right. Instead of that fabulous day you planned to have…you’ll have another rough day instead. But the aim is important. If you decide what you want and you aim for it…it’s that much more likely that it will actually happen.

Take the time to identify problems that seem to pull you away from your plans or goals. The HCG hormone diet provides the opportunity for drastic weight loss. Don’t waste your opportunity by drifting through without any real action to maximize your weight loss.

Encouragement is generally a positive thing. So that means that if your form of encouragement is to stare at yourself in the mirror and repeat over and over in your head negative things like…you are fat or you need to lose weight or you can’ even fit in your favorite dress…you aren’t actually encouraging yourself at all. That’s more properly called discouragement. Find something inspirational and make that your mantra. Remind yourself everyday how much weight you’ve already lost and how much you are likely to lose if you stick to your diet another week.
