Best Weight Loss – Foolproof

So I’m feeling a bit heavy lately and I have decided to lose a few pounds. The problem is that it is a lot easier to put on than take off. It seems that if I even think about food I gain weight.

When I was in my twenties I could drink and eat anything I wanted. Not any more unfortunately.

I do exercise each day, I ride the exercise bike for about an hour every day and I stay away from snack goodies.

I heard that someone who sits in front of a computer is less likely to put on weight than someone who sits in front of a T.V.. It is probable because T.V. constantly has ads for food and soft drinks. It seems like every commercial is from some pizza joint.

The best thing to do is never put on the pounds in the first place. If you do want to drop a few pounds then you need to exercise for about an hour a day. I prefer an exercise bike but a brisk walk is very low impact.

You need to start thinking of treats in terms of exercise time, In addition to your regular hour of exercise. That cookie that you want is say an extra 15 minutes of exercise. A brownie has got be worth an extra 45 minutes of exercise time.

You can have anything you want but you have got to be willing to do the extra work to burn it off. Goodies will be a whole lot less inviting when you start to think of them in extra exercise time.

There are many diets available and that is only one option. Simply cutting back on food intake is probable not enough to get the job done. The best weight loss program is the one that you will stick with.

If you start an exercise program and eat correctly then pounds will start to melt away. It can be difficult at times so try to avoid situations that will lead you down the wrong path. Click here for Free information on the best weight loss program.
