Lay all or several of these substances into the food processor: Around 15 blueberries, 5 strawberries, a couple of tbsp peanut butter, one teaspoon flax seed, three tbsp simple fat free yogurt. 3. Veggie Shooter! – Everything you can imagine a protein shake being, and more! All you will need is an open mind for this, and get ready to watch your power levels take off. Again, get the blender out and blend these substances: Squeeze 1 lemon into the mix and add 1 full cup of water, then add up sliced cucumber, celery, carrots, fresh spinach, and parsley. Liquefy and enjoy!
I like to drink this atleast couple of times per week. This ensures I get the basic quantities of magnesium, potassium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C. Additional advantage of this shake: you will not get that loaded feeling within your tummy, but your body will be pleased for the next few hours!
