Calorie Counting For Those Who Want To Achieve Weight Loss

Counting calories has never been one of my favorite things to do but I understood that calorie count is important to weight loss. Too many calories in the food we eat results in weight gain.

At least for me, calorie counting is a futile exercise. I do it for few days until the monotony really sets in and I quit.

When you eat clean you avoid putting food that has gone through a lot of processing in your stomach. You eat foods that are closet to their natural state. This means it has processing done to it. This is easier than counting calories.

You are going have a lot more fruits and veggies on your plate. Meats will be lean and you will eat a lot of fish. This means not going to the local drive through.

It does not mean you can’t eat out. You just avoid unhealthier processed choices. You will benefit by losing weight and increased energy from the good carbohydrates and low fat foods.
