Even though it is a natural process that we will all eventually face, aging is a mysterious phenomenon that can only be truly understood if it’s experienced. Because of the infinite organic changes that place in the body during aging, it’s hard to pinpoint aging as one, unique event.

To summarize this, aging basically begins when we stop developing, and it increases exponentially as time goes by. Aging is primarily a deterioration of our body’s tissue cause by constant use over the years. Just like your car, the more you use it, the more wear and tear it has. While everyone ages differently, the effects of aging are pretty much the same in all of us. To best preserve our bodies it is important to identify your aging weaknesses. Concentrate on countering these, and start early in life.
